Our services are primarily business-to-business (B2B) and service-based digital products, which involve Information Technology strategic consultation, intensive application customization, and third-party resource utilization. Due to the nature of these services, we offer a limited refund policy with fair protection to both our clients and our business.

3. Cancellation Policy
3.1. Client-Initiated Cancellation
- Clients may request cancellation of any service within 48 hours of placing the order before the project starts without any cancellation charges.
- If the project has already commenced, cancellation will not be accepted unless mutually agreed upon due to unforeseen circumstances.
3.2. XIT-Initiated Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any service under the following conditions:
- Failure to make timely payment.
- Breach of XIT’s Terms of Service.
- If the project is found to be associated with any unlawful activity.
- Non-cooperation or non-responsiveness from the client side for more than 15 business days without prior notice.
4. Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund request is necessary. However, we strictly follow industry-standard rules to protect the actual costs of service providers and our business from any unnecessary loss.

5. Important Notes
- Any refund request must be submitted in writing via support@xharvoc.com with proper justification and supporting documents.
- Refunds will only be processed through the same payment method used during the transaction.
- All refunds will be made within 30 business days from the date of refund approval.
- Payment Gateway Charges, Taxes, and any third-party costs will be strictly non-refundable in any case.
- If the client wants to terminate the project after a certain stage, we may only refund the consultancy fees (if applicable), but not the actual cost incurred by XIT on behalf of the client.
- XIT holds the right to refuse any refund if the client breaches any of the terms mentioned in our Terms of Service.
6. Exceptions
XIT will issue no refunds under any circumstances in the following cases:
- If the client changes their mind after the work has already started.
- If the client requests project revisions that were not part of the original project scope.
- If the delay or failure is caused due to client’s non-cooperation, miscommunication, or failure to provide necessary resources.
- If the service is terminated due to a breach of contract or legal violation.
7. Force Majeure
No refunds will be processed in case of failure or delay in delivery due to natural disasters, war, pandemic, government regulations, or any other circumstances beyond XIT’s control.
8. How to Apply for a Refund?
To request a refund, please send an email to support@xharvoc.com with the following details:

- Order ID
- Service Name
- Reason for Cancellation or Refund
- Supporting Documents (if applicable)
9. Limitation of Liability
XIT shall not be held liable for any third-party charges, additional costs, or indirect losses resulting from the service cancellation or refund process.
10. Policy Modification
XIT reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the policy will always be available on our website.
